About Samantha Megan Medeiros

Samantha M. Medeiros is an associate at Martino Law Group, bringing over three years of experience representing family law clients in every aspect of divorce or mediation, including high-conflict divorces, complex financial issues, amicable divorces, high-conflict custody disputes, modifications of judgments and orders, contempt of court actions, domestic violence, and restraining order cases. Attorney Medeiros works closely with each client to build a strategic, individualized case plan.

Attorney Medeiros earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago in 2019. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Attorney Medeiros has a vast experience in the myriad of issues our clients face. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Medeiros began her legal career as a law clerk and legal intern, gaining additional experience in elder law, juvenile law, and special education law. After law school, Attorney Medeiros worked for highly regarded family law practices in Boson, MA, and Reading, MA, gaining the private law experience needed to personally serve our clientele. Using a mix of honest communication, compassion, zealous advocacy, and strategic thinking, Attorney Medeiros seeks to accomplish her client’s goals in every matter.

Attorney Medeiros has been honored by being named a Rising Star in 2025 and 2026 in Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyers Magazine/Boston Magazine, an honor only awarded to only 2.5% of young layers in Massachusetts.

While not representing clients, Attorney Medeiros enjoys spending time with her family, along with Monroe, her two-year-old black labrador retriever.
